The SquareKnot Trading Company story begins in the foothills of the Khost province of Afghanistan, where two infantry machinegunners found their gear lacking, and began fabricating their own. From functional slings, to ammo-feeding packs, the more they customized their gear, the more frustrating it became to realize the issued stuff just wasn’t good enough.

At SKTC, we refer to ourselves as tactical adventurers – think Indiana Jones, with an MP5 – and our mission is to provide you with quality gear the first time, as well as the know-how to use it correctly. We want to eliminate the frustration that stems from bad purchases, so you can spend more time on your own adventures, and less time frustrated with your equipment.
